Damaged in transit
If your device arrives damaged, it is usually due to transport damage.This must be reported within eight days of mail delivery; it is important to keep the packaging and device.
If your shipment is damaged, please contact our customer service directly at info@revendo.ch with 4 pictures of your shipment:
The packaging with the visible label, the packaging material, the damaged goods, as well as the outside of the packaging.
As soon as we have received this, we can exchange the defective device or refund the purchase price.
