Refund policy

With us you benefit from a 14-day return policy. Within this period, you can return the device to us without giving any reason and receive a refund of the purchase amount.

If an item that was sold as unopened is returned open, we allow ourselves to deduct 10% or a minimum deduction of CHF 10 from the goods (depending on the condition of the goods, a higher deduction may be applicable).

If any damage or signs of wear caused by the customer are found, these will be deducted from the amount upon return. The right to return expires if the device has been opened mechanically or tampered with.

After this period, a 6-month buyback guarantee applies, where you receive up to 70% of the purchase price.

Only the purchase price of the goods will be refunded and not additional costs such as postage or fees. The right of return is limited to one device per purchase or order.
