Pick up
The ordered goods can be picked up immediately after ordering and full payment (exception: payment method “advance payment”).The device is ready for collection at the store you selected when ordering. It is possible to pick up the order at another branch, please note the entry "When will my device be ready for pick-up at the desired branch?".
If the order has already been paid for, we will ask you to show ID upon collection. The order can only be picked up in person.
