The purchase offers on our homepage using the calculation tool or verbal statements from a specialist salesperson are non-binding. Only after a detailed inspection of your device by our technicians will you receive a written, binding purchase offer by email. There may be a discrepancy for various reasons. If you pay out by bank transfer, we will transfer the full amount to you within 5 working days of your confirmation.
