You have the option to reject one of our offers at any time. Depending on the type of offer, there are different things to consider.
When making an offer for a purchase:Please let us know by phone and email to info@revendo.ch, stating your order number. As long as you have not accepted the offer, you can withdraw from the sale. You can pick up your device or we will send it to you. There are no costs for you.
When making an offer for a repair:
Please let us know by email to info@revendo.ch, stating your order number. We charge a fee of CHF 49 for iPhones and iPads and CHF 90 for iMacs and MacBooks for the diagnosis and offer. If you decide against the repair and would like to buy a replacement device from us instead, we can charge this fee after consultation.
